Reconnect with your voice, body, and creative energy in a small, supportive group. No performance experience needed – just curiosity and a willingness to explore.

These weekly 60-minute sessions provide a guided space for exploration, self-expression, and personal growth. The exact focus may vary from week to week, allowing you to develop confidence, creativity, and awareness at your own pace. Classes are suitable for adults of all levels, and no prior experience is required.

💸 Fee

• 👉 Weekly sessions: €25 per session for a full school term (payable in full before the first class – first weekly class 16/09/2025)

• 👉 Occasional single sessions available if space allows: €30 per session (must be booked in advance – join the waitlist to be notified)

• Classes follow the French school term calendar - no classes during the school holidays or public holidays. One-off workshops may be scheduled as a separate offer.
